Kellyanne Conway brought visual aid cards to her interview with Sean Hannity tonight to help viewers “understand” her opinion on the Russia probe.
“This is to help all the people at home. What’s the conclusion? Collusion? No, we don’t have that yet,” Conway said holding up a sign with the two words and crossing out collusion.
“I see illusion and delusion. So just so we’re clear everyone, four words. Conclusion, collusion no. Illusion, delusion, yes,” she said.
Kellyanne was discussing recent developments in the ongoing investigation into alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election.
Her interview came after The New York Times reported Donald Trump Jr. met with a Russian lawyer who promised to turn up dirt on Democratic rival Hillary Clinton during the campaign.
Trump Jr. released a chain of emails on Tuesday, in which one message from the intermediary setting of the meeting reads, the information “would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father.”
Conway criticized the media’s coverage of the Trump Jr. story saying reporters spoke “more about Russia than America.”
She also called it “refreshing” that Trump Jr. admitted Tuesday he would have done things differently in meeting the handling and decided to tweet out the emails.
“How refreshing to have somebody take responsibility, be transparent, be earnest, admit maybe he would have done things differently,” she said.
“The bottom line is, what came out of this 20 minute, brief meeting: nothing helpful, nothing meaningful, nothing consequential.”
